ORDINANCE NO. 78-7-1592
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-49 "CITY MANAGER = GENERALLY"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE. CITY OF -PADUCAH; KENTUCKY --
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
DUCAH, KENTUCKY:- _
SECTION 1. The City Manager shall receive a salary for -:'"his -services
at the rate .of $30, 03.5:00 per year. Such -salary shall be paid at the times .other
city salaries are.. paid, and shall be- exclusive of the compensation, if any, paid to -
him as" -a, member -of the Electric Plant. Board of the. City.
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends Section 1 of Ordinance No -
77 -12-1522, •adopted -by the..Board of, Commissioners December- 27, 1977.
SECTION -3-. -This ordinance shall be in full. force and- effect and
retroactive to July 3; 1978-. -
