ORDINANCE NO. 78-7-1584
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CON-
TRACT WITH FLORENCE & HUTCHESON, INC. FOR A SUM NOT TO EXCEED
$19,000.00 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR A SEWER SYSTEM TO BE LOCATED
IN THE PHILLIPS PARK SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEN-
TUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into an agreement for engineering services with Florence & Hutcheson,
Inc. for the study and design of certain sewer facilities to serve the Phillips Park
Subdivision located in the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That the terms and provisions of the aforesaid agreement for
engineering services shall be the same as those provided in the exhibit (contract)
attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein and as approved by the City
Engineer.
SECTION 3. That the agreed price of such contract shall not exceed the
sum of Nineteen Thousand ($19,000.00) Dollars and shall be charged to the sewer
depreciation and extension account.
SECTION 4. - - This,: ordinance -shall-'be -introduced and remain .on file
for one week for .public.inspection in._ the completed form= in:- hi'ch . it shall be
put upon its final ;passage; and: if adopted, shall: be ' in' full force and effect ten
