ORDINANCE NO. 78-6-1579
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ANGELS OF MERCY, INC. FOR PROVIDING AMBULANCE
SERVICES TO -THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,_ FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FOR
THE SUM OF $15,000.00
BE' IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION . . -.-That'the-City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed -to.; enter into a' coritract with Angels _of Mercy, Inc.— for providing ambulance
services to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, between the period of July 1, "1978 through
June - 30, . 1979. -for the. annual: scum of $15,.000.00,
SECTION 2.. That Federal Revenue Sharing Account No . 2177 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3.
An emergency
is declared to
exist and this
ordinance shall
therefore be introduced
and remain on
file for public
inspection for
at least one week
in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
