prices:
Bituminous Concrete, Class I, Type A. 18.75- per: ton
Bituminous Primer Coat (Primer L) .65 per gallon
Bituminous -Tdck: Coat - (SS �, 1H) :-.80 per gallon
Base Construction (DGA) 10.00 per ton

Manhole Adjustment 150.00 per manhole
said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement
for bids as was authorized by resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners on
May 9, 1978, and as contained in the bid of Jimar Paving Company, dated June 8, 1978.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with Jimar Paving Company for the service authorized in Section 1
above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents hereto-
fore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said services shall be charged to
either General Fund of Federal Revenue Sharing Fund Account No. 3454.
SECTION 4 An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for one week for public inspection in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
