AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THAT FIRE STATION NO. 2, LOCATED IN
KOLB PARK-, `-IS- NO -LONGER -NEEDED FOR:- MUNICIPAL TURPOSES AND AUTHORIZING
THE LEASE OF- SAID -PROPERTY TO THE ' SOUTHSIDE: KIWANIS CLUB
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS -OF `THE CITY OF
PADUCAH;. KENTUCKY: - . . - I -.. -
SECTION 1. That Fire Station No. 2, located in Kolb Park in the City-
of
Cityof Paducah,- Kentucky,- is no longer needed by-: the City"bf Paducah, .Kentucky; :.for
any valid municipal purpose -,and that same.shall- be leased to the _Southside;-Kiwanis-
Club of Paducah; , Kentucky for - a. term of :five years, pursuant to the terms and
provisions of the Option to Lease executed between the. City of Paducah, Kentucky
and the Southside Kiwanis Club of Paducah; Kentucky on January 7,. 1975-."
