SPREADERS, FOR THE SUM OF : $6,3'50.00, TO BE'�t'SED BY `THE` STREET DEPARTMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO -EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ''OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH ; KENTUCKY'
SECTION
ECTION'- 1. " That the � Cit y dc'6epfifte. 'bid' -d"ji�iibs .Municipal Equipment for
sale to the City of two (2) Hi -way Model E-2020 Power Hydrostatic Drive.. Spreaders,
for the sum of $6,350.00, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid.
specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by resolution passed by
the Board of Commissioners on April 17, 1978, and as contained in the bid of James
Municipal Equipment, dated May 2,1- 1.978..
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute a contract with James Municipal Equipment for sale to the City of the equipment
authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in, the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase, price for said equipment shall be. charged to
Federal Revenue Sharing- Account No. 3414.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
one week for public inspection in the completed form .in which it shall -be, put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) -days
thereafter.
