AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF RIGHT OF WAY BY THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY' FOR THE USE
D BENEFIT OF THE DEPARTMENT ' OF TRANSPORTATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,"KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That for and in consideration of the sum of $100.00. the City
of Paducah,`Kentucky, does hereby authorize the sale to the Commonwealth of Kentucky
for the use and benefit of the Department of Transportation, a right of way consisting
of approximately 510 square feetr, âś“located on Park Avenue between the Northeast limits

-'of the I='24 Interchanges aril Thompson -Avenue
SECTION 2. ' That the M yor``be`, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to enter into a deed of "-conveyance for the aforesaid purpose. _
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
one week for public inspection~ in the 'completed "form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, an if' adopted shall be in full force arid' effect -ten (10) days
thereafter .
