GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH.,- KENTUCKY .
BY DELETING THEREFROM SUB -SECTION (i)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That sub -section (i) of Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service Employees
Generally" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby
deleted and repealed in its --entirety,.
SECTION 2;.:-r; :Thies ordinance amends an -ordinance--originally adopted on
March 16, 1957, and last amended by Ordinance No. 78-5-1555, adopted May 9, 1978.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
