CONSTRUCTION- OF, TENNIS COURT -FENCING-AT NOBLE PARK, 7 7 AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR -SUCH CON- STRUCTION BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY- OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the proposal of Louisville Fence Company, in the amount of Six Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-eight Dollars ($6,958,.00) for the construction of tennis, court fencing at Noble Park, said proposal being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners on April 17, 1978, and as contained in the proposal of Louisville Fence Company dated. April 27, 1978. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Louisville Fenbe Company for construction of tennis court fencing at Noble Park authorized in Section 1. above. according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. SECTION 3. The -construction of said tennis court fencing shall be charged to A SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one week for public" inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and 'effect ten (10) days there- after.
