A' RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSIE
UNDER THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT PROGRAM, DATED MAY 23, 1978,
TO THE DEPARTMENT OF 'HOUSING' AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application `for federal assistance, under the Urban
Development Action Grant May 23, 1978, to the Department of Housing
and Urban Development; requesting $3,000,000 in federal funds for Community Develop-
ment purposes is hereby approved.
SECTION `2 The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby .authorized to
exe- ute T "the aforesaid application' and to file same with the Department of Housing
and Urban Development.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be y in` full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
