A RESOLUTION AUTHORI-ZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, ACTING BY THROUGH THE
KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, AND- THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
PERTAINING TO PAXTON PARK, BOR PROJECT NO. -21- 00520
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he_.is hereby, authorized to execute
an agreement between the Commonwealth:. of Kentucky-,. acting, by and through the
Kentucky Department, of Parks, and the City-of Paducah, Kentucky, pertaining to'
Paxton Park, BOR Project No. 21- 00520.
.SECTION .2.. By the execution of the aforesaid agreement the City of
Paducah does hereb y agree to comply with all terms and provisions of the aforesaid
agreement.
SECTION. 3 This., resolution shall -be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
