A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE,
DATED MAY _9', 1978; TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE 'CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.- That the pre application for Federal assistance, dated
May 9, 1978; to the Department of Housing and Urban Development requesting
$3, 000, 000. in Fede•ar funds fore community development purposes is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute the aforesaid pre- application and to file same with the Department of
Housing arid Development.'
SECTION '3. This resolution shall be in full -force and 'effect from and
after the date of its adoption
