ORDINANCE NO. 78-4-1552
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND SOUTH CENTRAL BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That for and in consideration of the sum of $400.00 the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby grant to South Central Bell Telephone Company a
right-of-way easement across properties belonging to the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
located on the Lebanon Church Road, and being bounded by Mrs. Carl Schmitt on the
west and Mr. J. F. Dawson on the east.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be, =and 'he is Yiereby, authorized and
directed to enter into an easement agreement for the aforesaid purpose .
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall "be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption .
