CLARK AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE; EARCIE BRAKES; EVA WILLIS WIMBERLY AND HUSBAND SAMUEL WIMBERLY; WARREN G WILLIS AND WIFE MARY WILLIS; BETTY WILLIS ROBINSON AND HUSBAND WILLIAM ROBINSON; GARU E JONES JR AND WIFE ERLLIEN JONES; WILLIE A JONES SINGLE; COUNTY OF McCRACKEN KENTUCKY; COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY; ROBERT L. JONES AND WIFE BARBARA JONES; SADIE WINDROW WIDOW; TO BE USED FOR THE COM- PLETION OF THE INTERIM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PROVIDING FOR AND AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF SAME WHEREAS a parcel of real estate is owned of record by Ella Foster, widow of Clarence Foster; Etta Jones Starkes; Daisy M. Clark and unknown spouse; Earcie Brakes; Eva Willis Wimberly and husband, Samuel Wimberly; Warren G. Willis and wife, Mary Willis; Betty Willis Robinson and husband, William Robinson; Garu E. Jones, Jr., and wife, Erllien Jones; Willie A. Jones, single; County of McCracken, Kentucky; Commonwealth of Kentucky; Robert L. Jones and wife, Barbara Jones; Sadie Windrow, widow; and is necessary for the completion of the Interim Com- munity Development Plan, Application No. B -75HN -0009, and WHEREAS, the Urban Renewal and Community Development Agency, by resolution dated April 6, 1976, requested institution of Condemnation proceedings in its behalf, and, WHEREAS, it does not appear that a purchase agreement can be reached at this time with the owners of the subject property and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does therefore agree with the request of the Urban Renewal and Community De- velopment Agency of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, that it will be necessary to institute condemnation proceedings pursuant to the Kentucky Revised Statutes to acquire title to this property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Assistant Corporation Counsel be, and he is hereby, ordered and directed to institute condemnation proceedings in the McCracken Circuit Court against Ella Foster, widow of Clarence Foster; Etta Jones Starkes; Daisy M. Clark and unknown spouse; Earcie Brakes; Eva Willis Wimberly and husband, Samuel Wimberly; Warren G. Willis and wife, Mary Willis; Betty Willis Robinson and husband, 1036 William Robinson; Garu E. Jones, J r and wife, Erllien Jones; Willie A. Jones, single; County of McCracken, Kentucky; Commonwealth of Kentucky; Robert L. Jones and wife, Barbara Jones; Sadie Windrow, widow; and any and all other parties in interest to acquire all of the right, title and interest in the subject property owned by aforementioned. SECTION 2. That the parcel to be taken is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 145 feet from the intersection of 10th and Burnett Streets on the North side, and running towards llth Street 30 feet to a point; thence at right angles and towards Flournoy Street 150 feet to a point; thence at right angles and towards 10th Street 30 feet to a point; thence at right angles and towards Burnett Street 150 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 3.
