AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
OF THE PAVILION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Architectural
Services Agreement between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and Peck Flannery Gream &
Warren, in an amount not to exceed $50,000, for the Total Basic Compensation plus
reimbursement expenses as listed in the Agreement for the design and development of the
Pavilion Project.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to PA0086 Project Account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective .upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
