At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Commission Chambers at
City Hall, at 6:00 p.m., February 17, 1999, Mayor Jones presided, and upon call of the
roll by the City Manager, the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Coleman, Paxton, Smith, Wrye and Mayor Jones (5).

Called Meeting Notices were received and filed.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board held an Executive Session to discuss contract negotiations.
At the conclusion of the executive session the Board reconvened in open session,
whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
