AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2009-6-7575,
ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2009, THROUGH JUNE 30,
2010, BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT"
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to re -appropriate funds for the .
2009/2010 budget which was adopted by Ordinance No. 2009-6-7575 and,
WHEREAS, KRS prohibits expenses to exceed the budget in
any department.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning July
1, 2009, and ending June 30, 2010, be amended by a supplemental appropriation in the
amount of $1,265,000 to General Fund — Commission Contingency line item
(expenditure).
SECTION 2. Funds to be appropriated as follows:
