AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ATLAS ROOFING
CONTRACTORS, INC FOR ROOF REPAIRS FOR FIRE STATION #1, AND
f-, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of Atlas Roofing
Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $35,595.00 for roof repairs for Fire Station 91, located at 301
Washington Street said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications,
advertisement for bid, and as contained in the bid of Atlas Roofing Contractors, Inc., of October
5, 2009.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Atlas Roofing Contractors, Inc., for roof repairs for Fire Station #1, as authorized in
Section 1 above, pursuant to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Project # PF0068.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
