AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH BRANDSTETTER CARROLL, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON SHEEHAN BRIDGE
-- ROAD BEING CONSIDERED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SPORTS PARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement with Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., in the amount of $50,000.00 for
professional services to perform a site evaluation and master plan for the property located on
Sheehan Bridge Road being considered for the development of a Sports Park.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Sports Park Master Plan
Project Account No. PA0084.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
