At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held on Saturday, August 15, 2009,
at 3:00 p.m., Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City
Engineer/Public Works Director (City Clerk and Assistant City Clerk were unable to
attend the meeting) the following answered to their names: Commissioners Abraham,
Gault, Kaler, and Mayor Paxton (4). Commissioner Watkins was absent (1).
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICES
Jy Commissioner Kaler offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Gault, that the Notices
of Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah for 3:00 p.m.,
August 15, 2009, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Abraham, Gault, Kaler, and Mayor
Paxton (4).
The Board of Commissioners held a Neighborhood Walk event. They met at the Century
Building located at the corner of Fountain Avenue and Broadway and preceded west on
Jefferson Street. They talked with residents on Jefferson Street.
Several directors also participated in the walk in the Jefferson Street area.
Upon motion meeting adjourned.
