HomeMy WebLinkAbout78-4-1549821 J ORDINANCE NO. 78-4-1549 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 78-3-1545, WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON MARCH 28, 1978, BE AND IT IS HEREBY, AMENDED TO CORRECTLY DESCRIBE THE PROPERTY CONTAINED THEREIN WHEREAS, the property description of the newly annexed territory described in Ordinance No. 78-3-1545, adopted by the Board of Commissioners on March j28, 1978, failed to accurately depict the bounday of the newly annexed territory, and WHEREAS, a correction of the property description is necessitated for the newly annexed area, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY 'OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Com- mission on March 20, 1978, entitled ."A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF THE AREA RECENTLY ANNEXED INTO THE CITY OF PADUCAH", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set ' forth . SECTION 2. That the zone classification change and the map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same are hereby, declared to be in agree- ment with the comprehensive plan of the City of Paducah. SECTION 3. That the attached map of the newly annexed area of the City of Paducah be, and the same is hereby, adopted as constituting the official designation of all use zones, and that the zone classifications as so shown also be, and -they are hereby adopted, al -1 --in the hereinafter described newly annexed area: AREA ONE Beginning at the intersection of the north right _of, -way line of Bleich Road with the east right of way' fine of the Lone Oak Road (US 45); thence in a northerly direction with the -east ,_right of way Jine.,.of. Lone Oak --Road _to a point where the south boundary of Cherokee Highlands Subdivision (as recorded in Plat Book.."D" , .
