ORDINANCE NO. 78-12-1671
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (c) OF SECTION 10-56, SEWAGE
DISPOSAL DEPARTMENT, "CIVIL SERVICE" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY`:
SECTION 1. That sub -section (c) of Section 10-56, Sewage Disposal
Department, be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and re -
ordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sub -section (c) , Sewage Disposal Department.
(c) Operator trainee shall be paid at the rate of $775.00 per month for
the first year of employment; at the expiration of one year $800.00 per month; at
the expiration of two years $825.00 per month; and at the expiration of three
years $850.00 per month; such increases to be made upon recommendation of the
city manager??.
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends subsection (c) of Section 10-56 of
Ordinance No. 78-7-1504, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on
July 25, 1978.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption and retroactive to July 3, 1978.
