AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CHANGE
ORDER NO. 1 WITH ROSCOR CORPORATION FOR PURCHASE OF A REMOTE
CONTROL CAMERA PACKAGE FOR USE IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS
WHEREAS, the City approved Ordinance No. 2009-4-7529 to enter into a
contract with Roscor Corporation, in the amount of $32,239.00, for the purchase and installation
of a remote control camera package for use in the Commission Chambers; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is required for an increase in the amount of
$3,255.00 for addition of six (6) wall mounts for remote cameras and labor and equipment to
install cabling from computers in the Commission Chamber to the TV control room, increasing
the total contract price to $35,494.00.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 for
an increase in the amount of $3,255.00 with Roscor Corporation, for addition to the remote
control camera package of six (6) wall mounts and labor and equipment to install cabling from
computers in the Commission Chamber to the TV control room thereby increasing the total cost
of the project to $35,494.00.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be processed through project account
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
