AN.,ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION-, -2rn4.7 "NONC.IVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES
GENERALLY"., OF THE. CODE, OF. ORDINANCES. OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BY INCREASING THE . SALARY OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT TO -
$1,500.00 PER MONTH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS .OF THE CITY OF -
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
-SECTION 1. . That- so much, of Section 27-47 ."Noncivil Service Employees
Generally, of the Code of Ordinances of the , City of Paducah, Kentucky, as pertains
to the salary of the Street Department Director-, be amended to change the salary
of the Street Department Director from $1,344.00 per month to $1,500.00 per month.
SECTION 2. That all other provisions. of Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service
Employees Generally" of the Code of Ordinances ,of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be reaffirmed and reordained..
SECTION 3.. This ordinance shall be. in .full force and effect from and
after December 11, 1978.
