ORDINANCE NO. 78-11-1647
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 2-143, 2-144 AND 2-145 OF ARTICLE
VII, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICES OF CHAPTER II, ADMINISTRATION, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH , KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sections 2-143, 2-144 and 2-145 of Article VII, Depart-
ment of Public Services, Chapter II, Administration, of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, are hereby repealed in their entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and
after December 31, 1978.
