AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-61, UNASSIGNED POSITIONS OF THE
"CIVIL SERVICE" ORDINANCE .BY DELETING THE POSITION OF FIRE MARSHALL'S
OFFICE, CLERK -TYPIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS_.OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: -
.SECTION 1. That., Section 10-61, Unassigned Positions. of the "Civil Service"
ordinance be,, and _it, is hereby,. amended by deleting the position of Fir -e Marshall's
Office, Clerk -typist..
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Section 10-61, Unassigned Positions
of the "Civil Service" ordinance be reaffirmed and reordained .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of it's adoption.
