ORDINANCE NO. 79-11-1821
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 10-55, FLOODWALL
DEPARTMENT OF THE "CIVIL SERVICE" ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, BY DELETING THE POSITION OF FLOODWALL SUPERINTENDENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 10=55, Floodwall Department
of the Civil Service ordinance 'of the City of Paducah', Kentucky be, and it is hereby,
amended by deleting the position of Floodwall Superintendent therefrom.
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Sub -section (a) of Section 10-55,
Floodwall Department of the "Civil Service" ordinance be reaffirmed and reordained .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of
December 31,'19M
