ORDINANCE NO. 79-11-181:6
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) AND DELETING SUB -SECTION
(k) OF SECTION 2-47 "NON -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 2-47 "Non Civil Service
Employees Generally" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended to change the salaries and positions of the Deputy Electrical Inspectors,
and to add the position of Floodwall Superintendent, as follows:
Position Base Monthly Salary
Deputy Electrical Inspector (2 positions) $1,500.00
Floodwall Superintendent 1,364.00
SECTION 2. That Sub -section (k) of Section 2-47 be, and it is hereby,
deleted in its entirety from Section 2-47.
SECTION 3. That all other provisions of Section 2-47 (a) "Non Civil
Service Employees Generally" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be reaffirmed and reordained .
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect and retroactive
to November 19, 1979.
