AN- ORDINANCE AMENDING„SECTION-_2-47 (a) . "NON -CIVIL SERVICE-
EMPLOYEES
ERVICE-EMPLOYEES GENERALLY” BY ADDING THE NEW POSITION OF HUMAN , RIGHTS -,
DIRECTOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF, THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47(a) "Non -Civil Service Employees Generally"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended, to add the
following position:
Position Base Monthly Salary
Human Rights Director $1,083.33
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Section 2-47 (a), "Non Civil -
Service Employees_ Generally" of the, Code of Ordinances of the ,City of Paducah.,
Kentucky, be reaffirmed and reordained .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
