ORDINANCE NO. 79-10-1803
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 79-7-1774, BY ADDING
ACCOUNT NO. 1300, HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION, THERETO FOR A TOTAL
EXPENDITURE OF $15,320.00
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
now desire to establish an appropriation for the Human Rights Commission in the
City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS, no appropriation for said Human Rights Commission was
authorized in the apportionment ordinance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION
1.
That

and it is hereby, amended
by adding Account

to the apportionment ordi-
nane for the City of Paducah for the period of July 1, 1979 through June 30, 1980:

SECTION 2.
That ordinance No. 79-7-1774 be, and it is hereby, further
amended by reducing the Anticipated and Actual Reserve Account by $15,320.00.
SECTION 3. An emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall
therefore be introduced and remain on file for public inspection for at least one
week in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and
if adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
