ORDINANCE NO. 79-10-1802
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER SIX OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH WHICH REGULATES AND LICENSES BAIL BONDSMEN
WHEREAS, the Statutes of the Commonwealth of Kentucky make it un-
lawful for any person to engage in the business of "Bail Bondsmen" within the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, and
WHEREAS, there are not any persons licensed as bail bondsmen in the
City of Paducah.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance Nos. 72-7-764 and 72-8-617 of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, and Chapter Six of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
in its entirety be, and it is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
