BE. IT .QRDAINED BY.- .THE . BOARD OF .COMMISSIONERS- OF ,THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
.,. t SECTION 1. . That the City of -Paducah accept .,the bid of National Sheriffs'
Association to -.provide Liability. Insurance for the Paducah Police Department, for the
sum of $195.50, per officer for . a period- of- one• year;. said bid being . in substantial .. -,
compliance with the bid specifications and. advertisement • for- bids as was authorized
by resolution,,passed ;by; the. Board ,of Commissioners on July 10,, 1-9.79,, and .as: con-
tained in the bid of National, Sheriffs'.. Association,. dated August 7.,, 19.79-.
.SECTION, 2.. That the City Manager, be,..and he is hereby, -authorized to
execute a contract.. with National -Sheriffs'. Association -fox liability insurance for the
Police Department as authorized in . -Section 1 above, according to the -specifications,.
bid proposal and all contract documents. -heretofore approved and incorporated An the

SECTION 3. The purchase price, for said,,liability insurance shall be- .
