AN'ORDINANGR AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND
CITY TREASURER TO -PURCHASE. REAL- ESTATE TO -BE-.USE-D BY.THR, CITY IN
THE CONSTRUCTION,1DF-A zNEW FIRE STATION
the City of PAdudahhasacqiiiredan option `to purchase real
estate which is to be used in the construction of a new fire station, and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah does now desire to execute it's right to
purchase said parcels for the option price.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the following described property located on Friedman Lane
be purchased from Ray R. Beaton and wife, Louise W. Beaton, for the sum of
$46,500.00:
Beginning at a point in the west right of way line of Friedman Lane
-approximately.., 3-50: -feet southof.:US ,said point- being` they north�'
east corner of the Beaton property and the southeast corner of the
