ORDINANEE NO. 79-6-1760
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47(a) "NON -CIVIL SERVICE
EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" BY CHANGING THE SALARY OF THE CORPORATION
COUNSEL AND DELETING THE POSITION OF SPECIAL COUNSEL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47(a) "Non -Civil Service Employees
Generally" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended
to change the salary of ''fhe Corporation Counsel", as follows:
Position Base Monthly Salary
Corporation Counsel $2,375:00
SECTION 2. That the position of"Special" Counsel be, and it is hereby,
deleted in its entirety from Section 2=47 (a)
SECTION 3. That all other provisions of Section 2-47 (a) " Non Civil
Service EmployeesGenerally" of :the Code of Ordinances of 'the City -of Paducah,
Kentucky, be reaffirmed" and reordained .
SECTION ` 4`: `This This ordinance ' shall be, in full force and effect as of
July 9, 1979.
