ORDINANCE NO. 79-6-1756
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION SECTION 10-59(A) "CIVIL SERVICE"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-59(a) "Civil Service"
of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended to
change the number of
positions, as follows:

Equipment Operator "B"

SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Section 10-59(a) "Civil Service"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be reaffirmed and
reordained .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full- force
and effect and retro-
active to June 18, 1979.
