ORDINANCE NO. 79-6-1753
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-1 OF ARTICLE I, CHAPTER 7, BUILD-
INGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY ADDING SUB SECTION (c)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 7-1 of Article I, Chapter 7, Building and
Building Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be
and they are hereby, amended by adding Sub -section (c) .
Sec. 7-1. General duties of building and electrical inspector.
"(c) The building and electrical inspector shall have responsibility for
current planning activities, including zoning administration and
subdivision control".
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of of Section 7-1 of Article I,
Chapter 7, Building and Building Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be reaffirmed and reordained .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after July 2, 1979.
