ORDINANCE NO. 79-6-1747
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF _ SECTION.. 10-58 ,.. "CIVIL SERVICE"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH.., KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE, BOARD OF. COMMISSIONERS. OF THE CI,TY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section _(a) of Section 10-58 of _the . Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained, so that
said sub -section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:,-
"Sec.
ollows:"Sec. 10- 58. Police Department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in the
police department, and the salary of each position, provided the amount of such,
salary is not changed under any. apportionment ordinance hereafter adopted, shall
be as follows:
Position Base:. Monthly. Salary
Stenographer - record room 717.00
Meter Maid (1 position) 685.00"
SECTION 2': This ordinance amends Sub -section (a) of Section 10758 of
Ordinance No. 79=6-17-42 which was _.adopted, by the 'Board of Commissioners on
June 12, 1979.
SECTION 3. This ordinance" shall be in full_ force and effect from and
after the date of its ' adoption
