ORDINANCE NO. 79-6-1745
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH ANGELS OF MERCY, INC . , FOR PROVIDING
AMBULANCE SERVICES TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR A PERIOD OF
ONE YEAR FOR THE SUM OF $25,000.00
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with Angels of Mercy, Inc . , for providing ambulance
services to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, between the period of July 1, 1979
through June 30, 1980 for an annual sum of $25,000.00.
SECTION 2. That Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 6677 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
