ORDINANCE NO. 79-6-1733
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-52 "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
ADMINISTRATOR", OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH ,
KENTUCKY -- ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-52 "Alcoholic beverage administrator" of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained
so that said section as_,amended. and reordained ,shall hereafter. read as follows:
"Sec. 2752. Alcoholic beverage administrator.
(a) The person appointed as the city alcoholic beverage administrator
for the City of Paducah shall be paid for his services a base salary of $1,102.00
per month, said salary to be paid to him at the same time and in the same
manner as the salaries of other employees of the city are paid.
(b) The said alcoholic beverage administrator shall be paid at the rate
of $1,102.00 per month for the first six months of employment; at the expiration of
six months $1,112.00 per month; at the expiration of one year $1,122.00 per month;
at the expiration of two years $1,132.00 per month; at the expiration of three
years $1,142.00 per month; and at the expiration of four years $1,152.00 per month;
such increases to be made upon recommendation of the city manager".
SECTION 2. This ordinance amends an ordinance originally adopted
January 1, 1951, and last amended by Ordinance No. 78-7-1596 adopted
July 25, 1978.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of
July 2, 1979.
