ORDINANCE NO. 79-6-1731
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-49 "CITY MANAGER - GENERALLY"
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Manager shall receive a salary for his services
at the rate of $Si, 535.00 per year. Such salary shall be paid at the times other
city salaries are paid, and shall be ekclusive of ' the compensation, if any, paid to
him as a member of the Electric Plant Board of the City.
SECTION 2. This 'ordinance amends ° Section 1 of Ordinance No.
78-7-1592, adopted by the Board of Commissioners July 25,
1978.
SECTION 3-. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of
July 2, 1979.
