AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA FOR
SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Paducah Symphony Orchestra in the amount of $30,000 for specific
services. This contract shall expire June 30, 2010.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Paducah Symphony
account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
