AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH GREATER PADUCAH PARTNERS FOR PROGRESS
AND THE GREATER PADUCAH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Greater Paducah Partners for Progress and Greater Paducah Economic
Development Council in the amount of $300,000, paid in equal quarterly allocations upon receipt
of an invoice, for performance of services as outlined in said Contract. This contract shall expire
June 30, 2010.
SECTION 2. This expenditure will be charged to the Investment Fund account,
Project No. ED0006.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
