AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE LUTHER F. CARSON FOUR RIVERS
CENTER FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with the Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center in the amount of $30,000 to
provide an extensive youth performance schedule in continuing with their tradition of the
"Class Act" series. This contract shall expire June 30, 2010.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Luther F. Carson
Center account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
