AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PAXTON PARK GOLF BOARD FOR
SPECIFIC SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO
TRANSFER FUNDS TO SAID BOARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Paxton Park Golf Board in the amount of $21,000.00 for specific services
for the Paducah area. This contract shall expire June 30, 2010. The City previously
advanced the sum of $15,000.00 to Paxton Park Golf Board in FY2009 for a total of
$36,000.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
