AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 79-3-1708
ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-52; 10-53; 10-54; 10-55; 10-56;
10-59 AND 10-61, 'CIVIL SERVICE' r' OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 9 of Ordinance No. 79-3-1708 be, and it is
hereby, amended and reordained so that said Section shall hereafter read as follows:
"Section 9. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of
April 1, 1979".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
