AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY TREASURER
TO PAY TO KENTUCKY MACHINERY, INC., THE . SUM OF $3,.380.00 FOR RENTAL OF A
FIAT-ALLIS FL14B CRAWLER FRONT -END LOADER FOR A PERIOD OF TIME FROM
MARCH 25, 1979 TO AND INCLUDING APRIL 24, 1979
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the " City Manager and City Treasurer shall pay to
Kentucky Machinery, Inc.. the sum of $3,380.00 for the rental of a Fiat -Allis FL14B
Crawler Front End Loader for the period of time from March 25, 1979 to and in -
eluding April 24, 1979, this payment being in addition to the five months rental
previously approved by ordinance; and that 74% or $2,501.55 of said amount shall
be applied toward -the purchase of the new Fiat -Allis FL14B Crawler Front End
Loader previously approved 1 for purchase by ordinance passed by the Board of
Commissioners on:January 23, 1979, and as amended on March 27, 1979.
SECTION 2. That Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 3514 shall- be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
S.E .TI,ON 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for one
week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its
final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days there-
after.
