'AN" ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID' OF HANNIN ROOFING & SHEET
METAL COMPANY, INC'. FOR ALL' LABOR AND" MATERIAL FOR REROOFING THE
FLOOD CONTROL -MAINTENANCE BUILDING, FOR THE' SUM OF $7,1'02.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
DE IT OIDAINED BY THE .BOARD .OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH KENTUCKY:
=SECTION .1.
That the .City
of Paducah accept the bid of Hannin
Roofing
& Sheet Metal Company,
Inc., for all
labor and materials for reroofing the
Flood
Control Maintenance Building, for the sum of -$7,102.00; said bid being in sub-
stantial compliance: with. the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was
authorized by resolution passed by the Board of Commissioners on February 13, 1979,
and as contained- in -the bid. of Hannin: Roofing &' Sheet -Metal -Company, Inc., dated
March 21-19_79:;:._
--- - I -SECTION 2. That ":the City Manager -be ; and he is hereby , authorized to
execute a contract with Hannin Roofing & Sheet"Metal Company, '•Inc., for theservices
authorized in -Section 1 above, according to- the -'specifications, bid proposal and all
contract _ documents heretofore- approved ! and incorporated 'in `the bid.
.SECTION -::3.,- The purchase price for said reroofing shall be charged to
General Fund Account No. 1712.
-SECTION 4. This ordinance "shall be introduced and remain on file for one
week for public :inspection in. the completed -form in which its shall be put upon its
final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10)- days there-
after.
