AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 20-56 OF ARTICLE III VEHICLE
LICENSE, SAME - PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINDED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 20-56 of Article III, Vehicle License, Same -
Penalty for Late Payment, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be, and it is hereby, repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after March 31, 1979.
