ORDINANCE NO. 79-3-1701
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-61(a) "CIVIL SERVICE" OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BY DELETING THE
POSITION OF CHIEF OF THE MAINTENANCE DIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-61(a) "Civil Service" of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended to delete the position
of Chief of the Maintenance Division.
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Section 10-61(a) "Civil Service"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be reaffirmed and
reordained.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after March 23, 1979.
