AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO PAY
TO THE PADUCAH AREA CHAMBER OF' COMMERCE , : INC.,- THE SUM OF' $1,500. 00 AS
THE' CITY'S" CONTRIBUTION TOWARD FUNDING OF' A PROPOSED .DOWNTOWN DEVELOP-
MENT PLAN
BE --IT ORDAINED BY "THE BOARD `OF COMMISSIONERS_ OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.- That the" -'City-- Manager be authorized and directed to pay to
the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc . , the sum of $1,500.'00 as the City's
contribution toward funding of a proposed Downtown Development Plan
SECTION 2.. 'The City's contribution, shall be charged to Account Number
9094 - Contingent Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall -be introduced and remain on file for
one week for public inspection in the completed: form in which it shall be put upon
its final passage, and if adopted shall be in ttilI force and- effect ten (10) days
thereafter. ,
